Every property is checked before it reaches the newsletter: the listing must be live, the price must be the real asking price, and the source must be a genuine portal or agency page. We are not paid by any seller, so nothing is included to fill a quota.
Most of what we send sits on regional portals, in local languages, outside the big international sites. If a home is already circulating widely at a fair price, it is not a find, and we leave it out.
Subscription process
Once a week, with at least 15 newly selected properties, roughly 60 a month. One email, no filler sends in between.
Affordable European properties do move quickly, so contacting the agent early helps. If one is gone, the next collection is days away and every past edition stays available to you.
